Company Profile

Dhanamitr Factoring Company Limited was founded in January 1997 by
Central Retail Corporation, an operator of the well known Central Department
Store, the Siam Commercial Bank PCL .and its related companies.

Dhanamitr Factoring Company Limited commenced operation with only
THB 20 mln in paid up capital whereas our current capital stands at
THB 100 mln. We have become a public company limited and listed in the
Market for Alternative Investment or MAI since August 2004. Our name is
therefore changed to Dhanamitr Factoring PCL.

Company’s Business
We provide short term (post shipment) financing to our clients by purchasing bill
receivables (or delivery invoices). Our target clients are suppliers of modern trade
businesses such as department stores,supermarket, convenience stores etc.
We may require our clients to assign the right of receiving payment from their
customers to us, and we will collect the proceeds from the customers directly at
the respective payment due date.
